just want to ask what you guys are using for making quotations for clients? is there a software to make quoations easier?

something like CiberQuote?

Esimate and GraphixCALC are both good applications for pricing.

the only problem i got now is media feed calibration of our CJ-500 and FJ-52

because i want to be able to print in NORMAL MODE (360dpi) without banding.

I have Invoice and Estimate templates in my GraphixCALC XL version (which is MS Excel based). Personally, I use Quickbooks Pro for all my estimates, invoices and related info...it's hard to beat for the price and keeps track of it all for you.

we're just using WORD to make our quotations, it can be very time consuming at times, was thinking of shifting to MS EXCEL to automate the computation.

I have used the Estimate program for the past 6 months. I do seem to be getting more of the work that I quote, since I've started using it. It gives the customer a price while they wait, and they can take it with them if they want.

We use Estimate here and love it ( I have also looked at chris's GraphixCALC XL and it is good as well)
