Default Versaworks not cutting all the way around

I get the feeling tht most of you on here do not use Versaworks, but I will ask anyway, just in case this happens with other software. I have a basic square image about 8"x10" with a contour cut around the outside and when I go to print& cut it may only cut 2 sides?? and maybe a little on an untouched corner. Even in the preview window in versaworks where you see the red dotted line for the contour cut - you only see the 2 sides that will cut. I have tried to move the image in versaworks (to the middle of the page) and get the same results. Not sure what I am doing wrong? I had this happen on an image that was 2" x .75" - but I here that is because the image was too small, at least that is what my dealer said.

Thanks- john

The problem stems from your job settings.

Here is what Paula found for me.....

Outer Frame Cutting of EPS File
It is necessary to setup the margin around the outer frame of the EPS file in order to cut the rectangular frame of the EPS file.
Contents
Margin for a EPS data has been able to set on the Roland VersaWorks version 1.3.0.0 and above.
[File Format] tab has been added in [Queue A(B) properties] window. You can set the margin in this tab.
The margin is recommended to set 0.35mm (=1pt) or more. When the numerical value less than 0.35mm (=1pt), the margin might not be added.

[File Format] tab is appeared in [Job Settings] window, however, you cannot change the margin in [Job Settigs] window. You can change the margin in [Queue A(B) properties] window.---------------------------------------
What I came up with:If this is the case … 0.35mm = .014”
When this is entered into the File Format area .014 converts to .01 = .25mm, which would be smaller then the recommended .35mm.
It may require the .02” or .50mm for it to work correctly."

I don't remember where I set mine and I'm not at the shop now to see.
