Hey Guys,
We have the new version of versaworks for our sp-540v and I need to import an ICC profile from Magic Ink Jet. When it's downloaded and unzipped it's an .oml file. I can't figure out what to do with it. Thanks, Dan |

OML files are for Onyx software, and cannot be used in Roland VersaWorks. The file format that the Roland RIP (VersaWorks) will use in uses the RML (Roland Media Library) file extension.
It plugs into the RIP through the Media Menu > Media Explorer > Add a New Media icon. Bob |

Thank you very much, I knew there was something wrong with that file extension. I guess they don't have one for the type of paper we have.
More research is needed. Thanks again for the help. |

did you ever get this worked out?
i have a Roland SP-540V and am looking for colour profiles for Magic Ink's GFIOP140 paper. or one that will work. or the settings to create my own without spending two days of test prints. as it stands, my prints are coming out a little too weak and faded-looking. thanks! |
