Default need printing help with versa works

Ok I need some help I have been printing out of flexi for most of my work and flexi works fine for most of it I am doing a job that is color critical and it is a huge box truck I designed it in tenth scale and am printing on 3m 180c I am using an xc-540 and printing out of versa works from a design made with photo shop cs3. I get thousand of lines through my print like the image is sliced up and it looks crazy when I am printing through versa works the last time I had this problem I pulled the tiff file into flexi and then exported it back out as a tiff file and this solved the problem however the color got jousted so much it wouldn’t be acceptable on this job I am freaking out can someone help me please. When I don’t blow it up 1000% it prints fine it just happens after I blow it up with versa works.

I have printed some large stuff, not quite that large though. I tend to use Illustrator and produce it at about 20% to 50% and then scale t up in VersaWorks. Can you produce the images in Flexi as large as possible and then you enlarge then in VersaWorks to the full size.

Can you export as an EPS and a TIFF, and see if there is any difference.

What version of VersaWorks are you running?

Known problems for Version 2.6.2 and their work around scan be found at http://dg4.roland.co.jp/VersaWorks/Issue_E2620.htm

If you are not running version 2.6.2, I suggest that you update to the latest version and then try what you were doing.

Start / Programs / Roland VersaWorks / Online Update then when the box appears on the screen, click check for Updates and let it update your system.
