Onyx 7.2

Anyone installed it yet? I see it's there for the downloading but don't want to be the first penguin off the edge of the ice

Not installed it here yet - same reason as yourself bigbly..

Need to know if there's any bugs in it first before I go ahead & download.

Although, I did notice a bug with 7.1 with the 'best fit' & 'Auto rotate' feature, that ended up roatating 1 copy of an image & placing it on top of another unrotated copy of the same file.

Wasn't a problem I'd just like to install something with the bugs already ironed out!

Honestly, i'm very frustrated with 7.x. I've been a long time faithful Onyx user/trainer/advocate. But it's getting very hard to use a product that still has significant bugs while the company stonewalls use of 6.5.

There's my rant for the day.

I've been running 7.2 for about a month now through testing to release. I'm having one issue, but it's specific to my printer as best we can tell. I've seen a huge increase on RIP times as well.

It's a worthy update in my opinion...but as always, I'm biased.

@eyeclr - PM me what bugs you're seeing as your biggest headache and let me see if I can get some info on if anything is being addresses.

PS: There are now 2-3 Onyx employees that have been watching the OnyxTalk forum, so you may be able to get some better answers to questions these days.
