Something else I just noticed about 6.0...I sent a file to the Layout view that has a cutpath. I then copied it and resized the image. The image resized, but the cutpath remained the same. Does anyone know if this is only an on-screen anomoly or is the cutpath truly not resizing properly?

UPDATE...just got a call from Wasatch...apparently this issue I mentioned is graphical only and it does not affect the real cutline. They plan to fix this in their next service release.

I am having trouble with it printing my outline I like to use around my banners, I normally print a line 1 inch outside my print and use it as my guide to trim the banner and it is only printing one or 2 sides now with 6.0

I do not believe I have changed the way I export files- I have only upgraded to 6.0

Anyone know what might be going on here---- related to what Chris is having issues with?

thanks

Were thinking of upgrading to ver 6.0 from ColorRip 2.2. Have any of you guys upgraded from ColorRip and how much did it cost you. Our local supplier has told us there is no upgrade path/discount from ColorRip and quoted us $4,995 NZ dollars to buy 6.0 which we find a tad excessive.
Any comments appreciated.

You do not need the full version to run the SP300V- the small format edition
works fine for a 30" Roland- print and cut. I paid just under $600USD.

Is that including the cutting option?

It does indeed. Works great. I talked to wasatch about the roland only
'hobbled' version but they said that the small format version was the full
version and actually would work better than the roland version (which is
about $1500USD). Gene

I have the Roland only version, with contour-cutting of course. Cost for 5.1was $1500 and then I think the upgrade to 5.3 (and 6.0) was $199.

I see there is a boxed 'roland only' version of 5.15 on ebay.
Current highest bid was just over $200.
