Default PhotoPrint - position setting problem

hi guys!

our artist is having problem with our PhotoPrint servers pro lately, when opening the document properties, on the POSITION field, the setting is always 0.500in vertically and horizontally, meaning, we can not print repeated print with spacing lower than 0.5000in

any tips and tricks for this problem?

thanks!

Can you change the value in the Job Properties dialog?

If so, the Default Job Properties that jobs aquire when the come into PhotoPrint are preset to that value. Just change that by right clicking on the printer and choosing Default Job Properties and set how you want jobs to come in.

BTW, you can "install" lots of printers to allow different job settings for incoming jobs.

Hope i didn't misunderstand your problem.

the value can't be changed, actually we're running two printers cj-500 and fj-52, the problem only occur when setting up for fj-52 prints, the value is stucked at 0.5000in

There may be some other setting that is locking that spacing. Try experimenting with the positioning setting for left, right, centered, etc.

when we checked the default setting, its 0.000in, when i tried to make it 0.1000in, checking the job properties, it states 0.6000in, sigh!! it added the 0.1000in to the 0.5000in

btw, we have 3 pc running PhotoPrint, the 2 pc have this problem, the other pc is working fine at 0.000in position for both horizontal and vertical.

If you are using ANY kind of crop marks in PP it will always start at .5 and add to that
