Default Help with Triangle Profiles in VersaWorks

I just got my versacamm sp-300v and installed triangle inks - thanks to Barry for his excellent help on the installation. Now I need some help with versaworks...

1) When I go to the media explorer in versaworks, and go to load the profiles, it gives me an error saying that it can't load it because the ink type for the profile doesn't match what's in my printer. When I go to printer setup, I see that it says Eco-sol max, but it's grayed out and I can't change it.

2) How can I set the printer up on the network? I would like to rip it on my workstation and then send it to the printer which is attached to another computer in a different room. Can it be done by sharing the printer and not buying a print server? It looks like I would need to obtain an IP address, which I don't know if that is possible without a print server?

Thanks

You will probably need to contact Nu-Sign for the newest profiles for versaworks. I dont think there are a whole lot of them, most of them were made for ColorRip/Wasatch SoftRip.

Well I figured out that I can't load the profiles into VW 2.04. I am having to use the original version on the cd 1.11. Looks like I am going to have to buy SoftRip soon.
