Default Print coming out bigger...

Has anyone ever had their print come out larger that intended?

I think when using SoftRip - I just went to print a banner 3x10 and it started printing about 46" wide instead of 36"???? SoftRip showed 38"???

I think this happens when I sent the file before the heaters are at final temp - should this happen?

Any other reason for this?

Thanks

i think our artist have the same problem with our photoprint and FJ printer few months back, we end up using ColorChoice Rip for that particular file.
