What can you do?
Are you self sufficent? Are you a fast worker who can solve problems without involving upper management? Can you deal well with clients? Basically, do you earn your boss money? If so, you deserve some of it. The next question is where do you work? As strange as it sounds, some markets get $6.00 while other markets get $25.00 psf. It's sad, but the best person in the worst market won't get as much as a hacker in the best market. If you are really good & you want this to be your career, you may need to choose your market, than find a job. The best lobsterman can't earn a living Kansas. |

darn right i'm good. show me something once and i've got it. you don't need to supervise me. i work well with clients. i'm ALWAYS willing to do overtime or do the stuff no one else wants to do. as for market, i'm willing to go where the work is. i love working with my hands and my mind. and color, i love color. i want to print. someone just has to give me the chance. where do you think i should look? thanks.
