Large print job need some pricing input

I have just been dropped a huge print job and wanted to get a little pricing input. The job is a full graphic wrap on a construction barricade inside an Old Navy store. The wall will be 12ft high by about 150ft long (1800 sq ft). That is just phase one. If the floor test come back bad they will be doing at least five phases all about the same size. My material cost for vinyl and Laminate is $ .40 per foot plus about $ .25 per foot for ink. I just do not know what kind of a volume break to give on a project this large. I do alot of work for this mall. We will also be building the construction barricade for the project. Any input would be great.
