How much should I charge Per SF on Ink ( Eco Sol Max)?

We roughly add to the price of vinyl $1 for ink per sq. foot. I would just include this in your digital printing charge on printed vinyls.

We also add for masking tape too as well as lamination.

Partly depends on how much you pay for ink. Although not 100% accurate, if you figure out your cost per Liter, then divide that by 1000, it is a close approximation of your cost per square foot. I typically go 3X my cost on ink and vinyl for retail, so Glenn's number of $1 psf is pretty close when talking about Roland Eco-Sol. I use Triangle ink and it is much cheaper PSF, so I charge les PSF for ink.
