Default Putting the 'Digital Flames' to use...

Here is a SandRail job I just finnished. I used the Digital Flames collection, and some artwork of my own.
Some of the pictures were pre-clearcoat, which is why the paint looks so dull. This customer actually sprayed clear over the graphics and the paint to seal everything.

Very nice!
Please share a little info on how you created the tribal portion, etc.
Still pretty new to rastered images, I look for any and all insight.

Well, I don't know where to begin explaining how I did it. It is a vector image I drew, then converted to a high res rastor image. Then duplicated the layer 3 or 4 times. I had to erase different parts of different layers to make them look like they are weaving in and out of each other. Then I had to add a beveled edge, and some texture. I have over 15 hours of artwork into the 'steel tribal flames' alone. But I figure it is something I can reuse.

I actually just saw this! That ROCKS!
I love how you took our flames and made them your own. That's probably the best use of the collection by a customer I have seen yet.

Thanks Barry! Sorry, I assumed you had seen it or I would have emailed you the pics!
Let us know when the second edition will be ready! Can't wait to use it.

Thanks,
JD
