Are those full bleed decals? If so you might have some issues with edge curling if you did not laminate them.

I didn't do any full bleeds. These decals have not been weeded yet, still on the press (verscamm). I've heard of that, so I have a cut line outside the printed decal. So far, I have not had any troubles.

Barry,
I do not have my Versacamm yet and was wondering if you can explain what you mean by edge curl, do you mean curling off the release liner or curling off your substrate.
Thanks,
Brian

Brian, Depending on the vinyl your using it can curl on both the release liner and the substrate. The solvents in the ink tend to attack the vinyl which makes it shrink a bit and curl on the edges.

Generally you want to leave a small white border or laminate your decals. Laminate will normally stop any edge curl. There are some thicker vinyls that wont edge curl (Oracal 3164 comes to mind). I know MacTac and Arlon both have some thicker vinyls that wont edge curl as well.

Thanks Barry, I thought that was what you meant. Just wanted to make sure.
