This was the first time I made a dimensional sign like this. Used Econollite for both parts. I bonded the 8th Note to the primary using polyurethane "Ultimate Glue" (similar to Gorilla Glue). Not sure if I'd use that stuff again since it expands so much. I knew that going into it, but thought I had left enough room for expansion, but I didn't and it came out in several places. I removed some of it after it had dried, but looked like crap. So, I took some black caulk and went around the perimeter to finish it off. Looked pretty good.
