We've been doing the metro buses for about 20 years. Everything was had signwritten and airbrushed before we got the printer. Best thing we every did!
That bus has been changed 3 times in the last 5 months and wi be again in approx 3 months, so I'm off to the sign expo in a couple of weeks to have a look at a new printer.

I'll post some pics of the new design when we've finished it

Sounds like you need to check out the 545EX. Much faster than what your using now....

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Just been talking to my local media supplier who says he has a buyer for the SC500, so it doesn't seem as scary (getting stuck with the old one) as before

I have heard numbers of 150+ sq feet an hour on the 545EX in 720x720dpi in 4 pass mode. Should considerably speed up the amount of time it takes to wrap a bus.
