Default Real world experience with coro UV?

We normally use a wholesale screen-printer to do coro yard signs- their prices
are creeping up and colors are sometimes a problem (multiple colors and non-
stock colors- not pms) and a lot of people are selling printed coro at really
good prices. Anyone know how they compare 'in the yard'? Thanks Gene

not exactly sure what you mean by how they compare?

cost, quality, longevity? i'm a digital guy so I don't know too much about screening...but we can usually be in the park on smaller run coro signs (under 1000).

Sorry- I guess I was thinking sun exposure - screenprinting is really durable-
or at least durable enough for a coro sign which has a limited life anyway.

sun exposure should not be an issue.

i'm not overly familiar with screen inks but how easily are they scratched? to me coro seems to be the hardest substrate to get UV inks to stick to.

don't get me wrong, out flatbed prints on coro fine but it is easier to scratch off than sintra (which seems to work the best) or styrene.

We found coro very tough to adhere to. But then we started flooding our sheets with just white on a screen press. I know not everyone has a screen shop in house but it works very well. We just screen 100 sheets and keep them aside and use them as we need them. Our Uv ink adheres well to the flooded stock.
