Default How to clean your Versacamm

It has recently come to my attention that many users do not know how to properly clean their printers. I have decided to do a short write up to show you guys how to clean your machine and keep it printing top notch.

Although this is written for a Roland Versacamm the same principles hold up for

Hi Emmett, Is not the capping head, but the capping station. The heads are the print heads. They will go to the capping station where you put the cleaning solution, and then they will be cleaned.

Default Great post - Very helpful and handy

What about the wiper scraper? The small clear plastic piece that hangs down behind the wiper blades.
Should it be cleaned with the solution soaked swab also?

Fill the capping station - I just never thought to do it until I read this.
Thank you so much for your insights Barry! I was told by the tech that
set us up to only clean the outside edges of the capping station.
Hopefully I'll get some *cough* cleaner prints now.
