do i see right that the K only ramp looks yellow?

If so, there is a conversion applied to this test. Bad, evil, wrong, and just plain misleading.

Regardless of how ugly the color may get, your K ramp should print with only the K ink. Another place to look for an inappropriate conversion is in the Y. But I don't see any other dots there.

Just so you know your goals....
the CMY ramp should look 'warm' grey or brownish, not perfect grey. Don't obsess too much about the CMY ramp being perfect. I just needs to be reasonably close to the warm grey you're after without a major bias.
The contrast and overall lightness are equally important and yours looks pretty good.
