Default Replacing printheads - Reprofile or Relinearize?

Been running my heads on my z6100 for an awful long time....me thinks they are gonna need a change soon. Anyways, when replacing heads are you guys totally re-profiling, or are you simply re-calibrating/linearizing

Thanks!

Hi, I Like to go for safety, and on my HP5500 when changing head, I am making a total re-profiling !
But I know it's not the quickest !

A simple re-calibration/ linearization is all that should be needed after a printhead change on an aqueous HP printer. Now if you are changing inksets, that's a whole other story...

if you want the best profiles, quality, blah blah blah....change the heads and start with fresh ones, no point in trying to profile/relinearize with bad heads...then again, try it, if it doesn't work...you know what you have to do....

Hrm, been getting some sketchy results since swapping the heads. I guess reprofiling it is?
