Default writing a profile for mesh banner material?

Anyone out there making profiles for mesh banner material? Does it work? I have an x-rite dtp41 autoscan. It seem like taking measurements with a hand held would be alot easier. Any input would be great.

Mesh would be a tricky thing to profile, I've always just used an existing profile

None of the small aperature insturments will work (i1, dtp41, spectroscan, etc). To do it right you'd either need to get the same material without the holes or a $pherical $pectrophotometer.

Try to find a similar scrim banner material from the same manufacturer. it will usually work quite well when you swap one for the other.
