This was purchased for our sign shop just a month ago and we have found that we should have purchased a larger one. We have only ran 6 feet of material on this unit and it has brand new spindles, inks, etc....it was only unpacked and setup a week ago and we really must sell it quickly to purchase another plotter for our current needs.
