VersaCAMM SP-300 Parts
First I wanna say hey to the board as I am new to this forum. Seems like a lot of useful info. here. Well, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a part for my VersaCAMM SP-300. The part I need is the little black manifold cover that attaches to the printhead w/ the little nipples that stick up for the dampers to go on. One of the nipples snapped and I called Roland for the part and they said I have to buy a whole new printhead, but if someone had a old printhead or bad one that has that part it would be a lot cheaper. If anyone has any info please let me know. thanks

Welcome!
Do those things come apart? If not and you are able to find an old head, it might have issues. Let me know if you come up with a fix.

I dont know of anyone in the US that sells them, the only place I have found them is at this Chinese site.. Ive been meaning to call them for some time know, but just have not gotten around to it yet..
http://www.techwaytechnology.com/orig_3rd.htm If you can find someone with an old printhead you can remove the black plastic piece and transfer it over to your head. Ask your dealer if they have any old heads laying around. If you cant find the piece in a reasonable amount of time give Jason over at Allsquare a call and he can hook you up with some heads.

Thanks for all the help everyone. I actually just called Nu-Flex.com and they had 2 of them from old warranty print heads sent back and were nice enough to pull the part off for me and save me a ton of money. Of course I bought both of them incase this happens again! Thanks for the info though
