There used to be an Adobe program where you could sign up to be an "Adobe Authorized Provider". I sent in 2 examples of the type of work we were doing for approval. Once approved, you could buy a Mac version and a PC version of the Creative Suite for $600 US. An additional $600 a year gives you free upgrades and upgraded technical support. I never felt compelled to continue the program after receiving the software however.
