I've done similar. I'll imposition the work on 4x8 area then run as many as 15 segments on on the roll. I set up the roll on the laminator then continually feed the sheets and mount. Run the printer all night then mount on the laminator.
Who needs a flatbed, well maybe some day but for now this keeps me well in competition. I find the most labor is spent on trimming.
