We loaded a new roll of media today to continue printing a large job and while the printer was loading the paper the print head snagged an edge pretty bad. It left a big black smear and pulled back the corner of the paper. I trimmed off the edge and continued to load it. I'm now getting a shadow on all the text and the images have a "halo" or shadow to them as well. I tried recovering the printheads but it still has the problem.
What can I do to correct this? I have to make a Monday deadline and I'm already cutting it close. I can't lose a day of printing.
