The ink levels definitely. To me on my end it seems at times that there's ink down to the point that the lamps cure the ink on the top, but it's on there thick enough that it make not totally cure the ink that's touching the substrate itself, so it lifts easier. We re-profiled and have not been having issues with that anymore.

You can bump the lamps up to high as well to help compensate, but be careful with warping on the coroplast. Not as big of deal on the 10mil though. The 4mil will curl with lamps on high, at least it has for us.
