1) Clean Coroplast
2) Re-Profile. Sorry...I know it's a crappy answer but it's all I've got. We had similar issues with adhesion on 10mil Coro, which I found odd because we were printing on 4mm just fine. What I learned is that there is something called a Dyne Level that effects how well UV inks stick to it. Screen printers have been dealing with this for a long time. http://www.accudynetest.com/surface_tension_test.html --- My thought is that you're putting too much ink down for the the dyne level of 10 mil coroplast, which from my suppliers at least is different than the dyne level of 4mm coro. I'm no molecular chemist.......but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. ![]() |
