[Orange Tree Signs]

I bought a Graphtec Signjet Pro JX2150 off eBay recently, and I'm working now to get it up and running.
When I try to load vinyl in it, I get an error that says:

"E/C ERR 4:
Y POSITION ALARM"

I get this once it's done sensing the media.
I don't have the manual, but according to someone I've been talking to, this means there's something obstructing the printhead carriage, but I don't see anything.

I've got everything loaded properly, so I don't think that would be a problem...

I hope someone can help me out here because I'm hoping to get it up and running soon!
