sun exposure should not be an issue.
i'm not overly familiar with screen inks but how easily are they scratched? to me coro seems to be the hardest substrate to get UV inks to stick to.
don't get me wrong, out flatbed prints on coro fine but it is easier to scratch off than sintra (which seems to work the best) or styrene.
