It was not easy but it was not terrible to do either. I would rate it about a 5 on a 10 point scale and for comparison would rate removing the old pump about a 2 (Gary really helped us on that though)

Besides the physical installatiion, you have to upgrade to the latest firmware version, and then enter service mode to set system switch 12 to a 1. Failure to do so can ruin the pump as the stepper motors need to run at a slower cycle so as not to ruin the new pump. If you haven't done so, pm me and I'll help you out.
