I've got a great laminator to use with all that great low-cost laminate that Jason is nearly giving away...
Seal 600D 60" Dual Heated Silicon Nip Rollers Bi-directional processing Digital controls for heat (adjustable from room temp to 375+ deg F) BIG Silicon Nip Rollers...in excellent condition. Heat up fast too! ![]() ![]() ![]() Swing-out Supply Shafts for top and bottom feed (SO EASY TO LOAD...ONE MAN EVEN WITH HEAVY 60" ROLLS!!) Laminator can be used with or without pull rollers. Cold rollers behind the nip rollers help to keep hot laminates flat when cooling. ![]() Nip ranges from -1/16 to 1" Fully adjustable Pneumatic nip pressure (includes separate air compressor) Uses 220V/1 phase Full safety system/Dual Emergency Shut Offs Very easy to use. I routinely laminate 20-30ft lengths (vinyl/paper/banner) by myself...very nice. Use foot pedal or front panel to operate. Variable speed control. Works great with pressure sensitive laminates...use a little heat (104 deg F), and it virtually eliminates silvering. I like to use for laminating the backs of foamcore, with cheap hot laminate...keeps 'em from warping. Customers love it. The thing is a battleship...at 1700 lbs!! Would need to be trucked outta here via moving company... I can arrange for low cost delivery in the Northeast...or you can arrange. She's about 6 years old... well treated. The newer model is the 600MD (has digital controls for heat/speed) It costs $27,000 at Charette You can do most of your own adjustments...no tech needed. Seal tech support will walk you though a lot of the adjustments...even without a service contract. New this was $24,000 A BARGAIN AT $8,500 (NEW PRICE) So why am I leaving her...long story, but I am sadly going to be closing down my business this year, so this is just one of the items on the block. Look for a list of good stuff cheap real soon. ~~Ernie ernie@jetgrafik.com Cell 508-981-0255 P.S. I will post pics tomorrow. Last edited by jetGrafik : 10-28-2006 at 12:25 PM. |
